Episode #27: "Macca" Casey McCallum
Thursday Aug 30, 2018
Thursday Aug 30, 2018
When it comes to Australian Bowhunters, one name very quickly comes to mind among others, Casey McCallum aka "Macca'.
Macca is super humble, polite, well spoken and a straight out killer. Being one of the first Australian Bowhunters to complete the South Pacific Slam, and amongst that 15 some outstanding trophys of exceptional quality, all harvested free range with the bow.
His hunting resume is very impressive that most of us can only dream about. Macca shares that there is no secret, he just simply puts in the effort and time and gets it done.
This is one of my favourties so far and I hope you agree.
Follow Macca's adventures @caseymccallumbowhunting just checking his page out will make any hunter drool.

Episode #25: Jake Gasparovski
Friday Jul 27, 2018
Friday Jul 27, 2018
From 3D Archery to chasing Red Deer in the hills of South East Queensland, Jake Gasparovski @antler.anarchy is no slouch behind the bow. Jake has grown up hunting, having been shown the ropes at an early age by his father. Once he was introduced to experienced bowhunters, with the likes of Darryl Bulger, Jake moved from Rifle hunting to Bowhunting and has never looked back in over 20 years.
We cover plenty of topics, with Jake sharing a few knowledge bombs that hopefully everyone will pick up and put to good to use.

Episode #23: "Tradition" - Dave Whiting & Dave Keable
Sunday Jul 01, 2018
Sunday Jul 01, 2018
This weeks episode is a special one.
Two of the top influential bowhunters in Australia...and two of our most prolific and dedicated hunters as well. If you have never heard of Dave Whiting or Dave Keable before...then this episode is a must for you. The Dave’s have been around continually taking game with the traditional bow for half a century, hunting with the best-known names in Australian bowhunting.
Dave Whiting’s reputation for whistling in hundreds of foxes has earned him the title of "MASTER OF THE FOX"...something his frequent well attended seminars reflect and keenly sought after. Whiting was Chairman of Trophy Takers for 32 years, steering his group of the best bowhunters in Australia, and possibly internationally, to rate bow harvested game which gun hunters are envious of.
Dave Keable is well known for not only his hunting achievements but his bow making abilities with his “Raven Bows” along with being an incredible Knife, Arrow and Leathercraft Maker. Keable was one of the founding members of the well known Tully Bowhunters and shares this story of what formed part of an historic part of Australian Bowhunting. His incredible adventures by canoe along the Mitchell River in Northern Australia are captivating and your left wanting to hear more.
Listen as 2 great mates share their passion and life stories that has created a brotherhood never to be broken.

Episode #21: Sambar Stories with Josh Rogers
Thursday May 31, 2018
Thursday May 31, 2018
This weeks episode comes to you from the Alpine National Park in the Victorian High Country of South Eastern Australia. I’m joined by Josh Rogers ( @rogers.josh ) who kindly hosted me on a 3 day backpack hunt chasing the elusive Sambar Deer in some of the most difficult hunting terrain Australia has to offer, and not only that, it’s our version of public land hunting at its best.
On the last night, I sat with Josh and his good mate @billy_h around the campfire and dove deep into conversation about Josh’s life spent chasing Sambar almost exclusively. He shares plenty of tips and tactics that he takes to the bush and its certainly a bit of information over load that is worthy of a 2nd or 3rd listen through.
I can’t thank Josh enough for the invite and certainly won’t be the last hunt together and certainly not his last time on the show, he has plenty more stories to share.
If you want to see more of Josh’s content be sure to grab a copy of the @wilddeermag where Josh regularly has articles published and the magazine is a well worthy read.
As always I’d like thank everyone for their continued support and constant feedback and it really does drive me to bring the best content I can to you guys.

This week I am joined by Mr. Nick Joyce (@nickjoyce_). Nick is a super humble and generous guy that has gone from playing the highest level of professinal AFL football to Guiding Buffalo hunts in Arnhem Land of Northern Australia. If there is one thing that Nick does extremely well, is chase adventure. Nick has used
